Luis is a certified general contractor and master mason, who  has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a Foreman. Luis has led several multi-million dollar projects throughout the tri-state area. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with family and traveling to their home in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Lila is a certified lead general contractor whose primary responsibilities include commercial project planning, tracking, overseeing, and supervising. She has over 20 years of experience in Business operations and 6 years as the President of SME Contractors. Outside of work, Lila enjoys spending time with family, music, and baking.

Luis graduated from the University of Delaware in 2021 with his Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology. Soon after graduation, he accepted a full time position as a Project Manager with SME contractors. He has over 5 years of experience as a Laborer and 2 years as a Project Manager, overseeing million dollar projects. In his spare time, Luis Jr likes spending time with his dogs, Harley & Rocco, and working out.

Brianna graduated from the University of Delaware in 2021 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. She has over 4 years of experience in Sales and two years as an account manager. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and playing with her dogs, Harley and Rocco.

Mercedes graduated from Neuman University in 2022 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Soon after graduation she accepted a full time position with SME Contractors as an Administrative specialist. In her spare time, Mercedes likes to sing and spend time with family and friends.
